Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for account acquisition and management.
  • Implement Sales strategies and development plans for Travel and Trade Partners to achieve set goal plans (Revenue, Passenger Count, Ancillaries). 
  • Handles/conducts various sales activities such as product presentation, sales blitzes, familiarization trips, etc.  
  • Develop specific/focus market segments in its area  
  • Maintains productive and professional business relationship with its accounts and key partners.  
  • Conducts regular sales calls to accredited accounts.  
  • Gathers market updates, trends and competitor’s activities useful in crafting competitive sales strategies and programs.  
  • Prepares and submits weekly reports to Sales Supervisor/Area Sales Manager.  
  • Discusses key issues / opportunities with Sales Supervisor/Area Sales Manager and recommends innovative schemes to achieve set goal plans. 
  • Coordinates with key support departments (i.e. Revenue Management, Marketing, CCD, Legal, RAD, CCG etc.) to plot a concerted effort in servicing Travel and Trade Partners. 
  • Performs other related assignments that may be assigned by the Sales Supervisor &/or Sales Manager. 


Basic Qualifications:



  • Must have 1-3 years experience in a Sales position. 
  • Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate in any field, Management or Business course is preferred
  • Preferably with experience in Skyspeed, Sky Partner, Collection and Remittance 
  • Preferably with experience in OnBase
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have excellent negotiation and selling skills
  • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines
